Tina Hayhurst
Executive Director
Tina Hayhurst opened Movement 5280 over 10 years ago with a dream to support at-risk youth. Prior to Movement 5280 she served as community outreash pastor, youth pastor, and children's pastor for a total of over 20 years. Tina has her Bachelor's in Pscyhology and is ordained through the Church of the Nazarene. Someday Tina dreams of having a coffee shop, her favorite thing, helping our clients learn job skills. In her freetime she enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with family. Tina is full of grace and love for people!

Jamie Grove
Community Director
As the Community Director, Jamie Grove oversees the day-to-day operations, The Readiness to Work program, works jointly with our grant writers, and works closely with clients to navigate care such as housing, and other resources. Jamie also works closely with our friends in jail/prison. Jamie has always had a strong conviction to help those in need and after the growth she made from facing her own struggles, Jamie joined Movement 5280 in order to give others the same second chance she was given. Her professional background is in mortgage and finance. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, teaching her kids, going to plays, helping others, and most importantly being a mom.

Jamie Cope
Director of Personal Navigation & Mental Health
Jamie Cope is finishing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Equine-Assisted Mental Health Practicioner Certificate. She oversees our Metnal Health Program and our Personal Navigation Team at Movement 5280. She is a Colorado Native and an animal lover with pigs, horses, dogs, a cat, and a hedgehog!

Mickey Cope III
Director of Marketing & Operations
Mickey oversees Movement 5280's Marketing team and is also responsible for all of our building operations, scheduling, maintenance, and more! He has his Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Liberty University. He has an extensive background with church's, parachurch organizations, and was also a contractor with the U.S. Army. Mickey is an Avixa Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and is also a CompTIA Security+CE Cybersecurity Professional. In his free time Mickey enjoy's spending time with friends and family, reading, video games, or watching a good tv show or movie.

Keith Hammons
Director of Finance
Keith helps Movement 5280 ensure accuracy in all financial reporting including implementing proper internal controls. He is a CPA and retired financial senior manager for a major corporation.

Jadyn Neumann
Assistant to the Director
Jadyn has been with the organization in various capacities since the beginning - over 10 years! As assistant to the Executive Director she wears many hats. She most enjoys creating, collaborating and co-facilitating life skills classes. She loves curriculum design for our variety of programs. She loves getting to know people's stories and showing them compassion and care! Jadyn teaches 4th grade in Douglas County, has her Bachelor's in Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University and her Masters in Education from North Central University. In her free time she nejoys spending time with her family, reading, and spending time enjoying parks and nature.

Digital Relations Manager
Jessica is our social media expert! She's passionate about helping others and manages our digital communities with her background in social media marketing and strategic communication. Outside of work, you can find her fishing or working on DIY projects with her family.

Madi Berry
Marketing Specialist
Madi is a Jr. Web Developer who helps Mickey with the website and any other marketing needs. She is currently attending University of Colorado, Colorado Springs for her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Accounting. She also obtained an Associate of Art's Degree in Communication from Pueblo Community College. In her free time Madi enjoys painting, Jeeping, and spending time with close friends and family.
